Chef Stuart Thrumble has created dishes using fantastic local, seasonal produce, with superbly matched wines by Adam Tod. Our aim is to show off Scottish produce at its very best. Our gorgeous lunch dishes and our delicious dinner menu change almost daily, depending on what the market has that morning. Sample menus are below. During January and February we are offering 2 courses for £13.50, Tuesday – Saturday from 12 – 2pm and 2 courses for £20 Tuesday – Saturday for dinner.
